1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

GUBER operates as a platform connecting users. Because of the nature of digital services and the immediate access provided, all sales on the GUBER platform are final and non-refundable.

2. NO REFUNDS ON:

• Service fees
• Subscriptions
• Day-1 OG membership fees
• Tips or bonuses
• Payments made between users
• Job postings or completed jobs

3. USER-TO-USER TRANSACTIONS

Payments exchanged between users (employers and helpers) are private agreements. GUBER is not responsible for disputes, quality of work, cancellations, or misunderstandings.

4. CHARGEBACKS

Filing a false chargeback is considered fraudulent activity. Because users must accept this Refund Policy before accessing the platform:

• Chargebacks will be contested
• This policy will be provided to banks or payment providers
• Accounts may be suspended for misuse or fraud

5. EXCEPTIONS

The only exception to this policy is a verifiable duplicate charge caused by a system error.
