GUBER is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all users. However, GUBER does not control interactions between users and cannot guarantee outcomes. Users are fully responsible for their personal safety, their decisions, and their interactions.

User Responsibilities

All users must behave legally and respectfully. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Violence, threats, intimidation, or harassment
• Discrimination or hate speech
• Sexual misconduct or unwanted advances
• Illegal activity of any kind
• Recording individuals without consent (where prohibited by law)
• Weapons trading or dangerous items
• Transporting illegal goods
• “No questions asked” jobs

Meeting in Person

When meeting another user:

• Meet in public locations when possible
• Keep personal details private
• Verify who you are meeting using the app
• Trust your instincts and leave if you feel unsafe

Emergency Situations

If you feel threatened or unsafe at any time, contact local law enforcement immediately. GUBER does not replace emergency services.

Illegal Activity

Any illegal activity reported to GUBER may result in permanent suspension and may be forwarded to law enforcement agencies.
